Job Summary

The incumbent will perform a variety of functions relating to project support. The major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Duties & Responsibilities

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with on-going training of LBG/B and V personnel on the Primavera Contract Manager System, such as;
o Construction Manager
o Contract Manager
o Quantity Surveyor
o Document Controller
o Field Engineers
o QA/QC Lab Manager
o QA/QC Lab Technicians
• Enter documentation into the Primavera Contract Manager System as requested by management personnel, implementing good and consistent document control procedures for the Project and Program paperwork.
• Monitor daily input from all job sites
• Inform Expedition Controls Manager of inconsistencies observed through the quality control of documentation
• Initial preparation of information for required reports for the Expedition Controls Manager and/or Report Writer
• Perform all other duties and task assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Job site knowledge
• Good computer skills

Education:

High school graduate

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience

Language Requirements:

• Good knowledge (Level 3) in written and Fluent in English (Oral and Written) as well as in local languages i.e. Pashto and/or Dari

Abilities and Skills:

• Ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure to meet the deadlines and excellent interpersonal skills are required

• Display cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability
