Administrative Clerk FSN-04
Provide direct support to the Motor Pool Manager and Supervisor on property accountability, resource management/allocation, and general book keeping. The position will also perform back-up duties for dispatching operations in the event of staffing shortages. Works overtime if necessary. Performs all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

VA 17-051 - Full Performance Level:
1. EDUCATION: Completion of High School is required.
2. EXPERIENCE: Two years of Administrative or Motor Pool clerical experience is required.
VA 17-051T - Training Level:
1. EDUCATION: Completion of High School is required.
2. EXPERIENCE: One year of Administrative or Motor Pool clerical experience is required.
3. LANGUAGE: Level III (Good Working Knowledge) in both English and Dari is required.
4. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Computer literate to include Microsoft Office. Solid proficiency in MS Excel desirable.
5. JOB KNOWLEDGE: Familiarity with office administration and motor pool operations.
