Under the direct supervision of the Human Resources and Administration Director, the incumbent of the position will be responsible for offering and providing general Human Resources and Administration services to the project.
•In collaboration with the hiring unit short-list the ideal candidates.
•Inform short-listed candidates for test/interviews.
•Make sure that every newly hired project employee completes all required employment forms.
•File the completed forms in their respective files.
•Scan the documents to be sent to HQ and other papers required scanning.
•Prepare monthly basis staff leave report and communicate it with all staff.
•Ensure that the project eave policy is applied.
•Prepare other reports based on requirement and request by supervisor.
•Prepares a list of the stationary required for project functions.
•Request stationary needed for the project from time to time;
•Ensure availability of enough stationary in the project.
•Distributes the stationary to staff as per their approved request form.
•Maintain a record of non-consumable stationary.
•When applicable maintains, a stationary log sheet
•Maintain the telephone directory of NGOs, government offices, businesses, and update it regularly and as required.
EDUCATION:At least high school graduate. College education in preferable.
WORK EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 3 years experience in an equivalent position with International organizations. Work experienced in USAID funded project is a plus.
SKILLS: Working knowledge of English, both written and spoke. Able to communicate fluently effectively both verbally and in writing. Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, diplomacy, willingness to listen and respect for colleagues. Must be capable of working both individually and as part of a team. Must also be able to create a supportive working relationship among all project teams.
LANGUAGES:Excellent Language proficiency in spoken and written Dari, Pashto, Urdu, English.
GENERAL:Tactfulness, Enthusiasm to the job. Good Human Relation skills, integrity and ability to work under pressure.
