â€¢ Responsible for administrative issues of RDP.
â€¢ Developing, implementing and maintaining of efficient and effective administrative systems in all RDP offices.
â€¢ Prepare RDP monthly, quarterly, annual, MoE and donor reports.
Report to: Programme Manager/Operational Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Support further development of capacity in and procedures for administration in program areas, including provision of adequate support and training for all Field Offices.
â€¢ Be focal point for regular reports, annual, quarterly, ministerial, etc, and to make sure that all the reports are written on time and be responsible to compile them accordingly.
â€¢ Involve in selection, hiring and orientation of relevant administrative staff and train them as and when needed.
â€¢ Provide any information timely, as and when required by RDP Manager, Operational Manager and Donor body.
â€¢ Ensure that DACAARâ€™s communication and computer systems are up to date and meet the requirements of the program and the administration and that relevant staff receives training in use of communication equipment and computer soft- and hardware.
â€¢ Attending meetings as authorized by the Operational Manager/ Program Manager.
â€¢ To manage the administration of field management offices and the program.
â€¢ Maintain the database for different sectors achievements.
â€¢ Being member of Recruitments team.
â€¢ Ensure that print outs of database are circulated to relevant Section staff for analysis and to others for information.
â€¢ Travelling to DACAARâ€™s Provincial and District Offices in Afghanistan when needed.
â€¢ Any other tasks as required and decided by the Management.
Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or higher
Experience: At least five years of relevant experience
Other qualificationsâ€™ an advantage: Good managerial and analyzing skills
Languages: Dari, Pashto and English
