Job Summary

•Admission officer will be solely responsible for the cash received and any deficiency will be met by her.
•She will work under the supervision of the Principal and in no way should interfere in matters not of concern to the admission office or officer.

Duties & Responsibilities

1.Maintaining a proper filing system as per requirement of the system.
2.Keeping the files updated on regular basis.
3.Collecting fee as per the given rates and giving the parent proper receipt.
4.Properly recording all fees on daily basis and depositing the whole amount in the bank on the same day.
5.Ensuring that defined procedure is followed for the safety and security of cash. The admission officer must travel in an official vehicle escorted by a guard.
6.Providing exact figures and record of fee recovered to the finance department on daily basis.
7.Dealing with parents of new admissions (giving exact and accurate information).
8.Contacting parents who do not deposit fee by the due date after seeking the Principal’s approval.
9.Ensuring 100% fee recovery on monthly basis.
10.Reporting serious cases of defaulters well in time to the Principal.

Job Requirements

University Graduate (Minimum)
Have good hands on MS Office.
Good calculation skills.
