Job Summary:

Cardno Emerging Markets USA, Ltd. (Cardno) is currently seeking Advisors for an anticipated USAID-funded land administration reform project in Afghanistan. This project will involve working with communities and formalizing their engagement in a land policy for integrating informal settlements in the urban planning of target cities. It will reform the processes and facilities of land registry for quick and easy property registration and transfers, organized document management, rapid information access and effective overall functioning.

Qualifications:

5 years of relevant professional experience required
