Job Summary

Contributes in planning, implementation, and evaluation of all Department activities and events and develop and maintain accurate and timely written documentation in community and main office files, (from entry to exit);

Duties & Responsibilities

 Prepare Action plan for Department;
 Contributes in planning, implementation, and evaluation of all Department activities and events;
 Develop and facilitate community groups under the direction of the Supervisor;
 Maintain accurate and timely written documentation in community and main office files, (from entry to exit);
 Conduct meetings, workshops and trainings;
 Provide supervision and direction to committees;
 Having follow-ups for all related activities;
 Attends trainings and orientation activities for Advocate program;
 Assist Case Management Specialist with community's Individual;
 Assist with the development of organization priorities, goals and objectives and work plan;
 Participate in researches as required;
 Search community difficulties and analysis them with the help of community supervisor.
 Collaborate with other campus organizations/faculty/staff on events and programs;Meet with other staff from different departments such as Coordinator, Trainers and Supervisor as needed and/or per request and mmaintain a professional working relationship staff and public;

Job Requirements

 Bachelors Degree in Islamiat/Islamic Law,
 Must have 3 years of successful experience working in a social service capacity, law or related field.
 Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Computer skill (Office packages) preferable.
 Knowledge of and cultural sensitivity to the needs of Native,
 Must be confidentiality,
 Strong and demonstrated leadership skills,
