Job Summary:
Business process analyst will have to perform analysis of organizations, and designs their processes and models, with an assessment of the business model and its relationship with technology. Business process analyst evaluates, designs, executes, measures, monitors and controls business processes. She/he will be working to ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with the organization’s strategic goals; will be working collaboratively across all departments of the organization to help improve the management of a business process, focusing on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Build and evaluate business advancement processes
Carry out Analysis of present processes and identify opportunities to enhance processes
Create and implement initiatives, business process development, and operative process management
Proposal and Contract writing
Liaise with management to coordinate process improvement project activities
Inspect effectiveness of active process improvement initiatives and make useful recommendations
Collect information and evaluate them in the alignment of project goals and organization goals
Communicate with workers at all levels to evaluate key performance measures of loss, cost and wages
Create process plans that contain project goals, milestones, and resources
Provide detailed reports indicating system necessities and computer code functions in terms of operation
Capture process requirements and translate them into a process document
Create effective workflow diagrams
Analyze, design and examine business processes
Job Requirement:
BBA, MBA, BCS or any other equivalent degree.
2 years experience in the related field.
Excellent Business communication
Familiarity of ISO certification
Have good knowledge of business modeling terminology
Have good knowledge of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
Have experience in business process designs and facilitation
Have good management skills
Advance knowledge of the Microsoft Office products, Excel, Visio, MS Word
Excellent presentation, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal communications skills to effectively interact and negotiate with internal/external customer
