The incumbent is responsible for assisting employee services in all important and daily matters. Conduct various data analysis to ensure that HRMS is producing desired level of reporting and handling all queries of top management and other employees.
Ensures that all queries of employee services are resolved in time and seek senior support as and when required.
• Receives and checks all Personnel information form and do data entry into ERP system
• Prepares Purchase Request and GRN through ERP system
• Receives / updates/ files all employee Personnel file.
• Uses Ms. Access and Microsoft Office Package.
• Prepares and maintains Job Certificate and other required internal and letter.
• Registers SIM and Monthly Recharging.
• Updates Employees’ record into Database.
• Assists in maintaining and updating all personnel records of all staff and data entry to ERP.
• Co-ordination, administration and minute taking of relevant meetings.
• Maintains and develop knowledge of the HR and training and development issues and other relevant priorities.
• Work on timely preparation of maintenance and provision of information in support of project operations.
• Collect and process data records of employees.
• Analysis of HRIS reports.
• Assists in technical and administrative work.
• BA in Computer Science Competencies: Excellent Oral and Communications skills. Presentation Skills (Microsoft Office, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Excel). Excellent writing and editing skills (Press Release/ Article Writing)
• 1-2 yrs of working experience in HR or ERP System, Human Resources - Knowledge and Practices, Knowledge of Functional Interface Areas and Applications, General Telecom Knowledge, Knowledge of processes and Procedures, Systems Knowledge, Policy Knowledge, Change Management, Employee Retention Management, Talent Management, Budgeting and Financial Procedures, Awareness of Global and Regional HR Trends, Wages and Compensation Management, Disciplinary Management Skills, HR Communication Management, Employee Services Management, Training and Development Management.
Requirements:
Level 1
BASIC: Should be able to handle most of the routine tasks with occasional guidance; required to support non-routine or complex tasks.
Level 2
INTERMEDIATE : Should be able to handle routine tasks without guidance and non-routine tasks with occasional guidance
Level 3
ADVANCED: Should be able to handle routine and non-routine tasks with very little supervision; demonstrates the ability to understand and apply standards, procedures and guidelines. Expected to act with reasonable independence and required to supervise and guide others.
Level 4
SPECIALIST: Required to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the relevant concepts/principles and the ability to interpret, analyse and propose enhancements to the standards, instructions and guidelines to a wide variety of situations; required to act using own judgement and with little direct guidance; should be able to train and lead others in most of the specified procedures.
Level 5
EXPERT: Should be able to demonstrate outstanding capability to devise and apply solutions to strategic issues; expected to be a role model to others and to set standards of excellence to inspire others to pursue overreaching goals.
