Job Summary:
1. Review of stock holding at assigned locations.
2. Keeping records of all inventories in database.
3. Update of inventory and assets on a regular basis and as required, prepare redistribution plan and ensure adequate stocks are maintained.
4. Prepare and update regular inventory list and asset that needs to be retrieved from those who have left NABDP.
5. Assuring all items purchase enters in the NABDP inventory and given appropriate number for tracking and recording keeping.
6. Dispatch and receiving of any type of equipments.
7. Prepare monthly inventory of all expendable and non-expandable items, regular handling/tracking over of assets.
8. Verify and maintain the stock of expandable and non-expandable items and their issuance to staff on a regular basis.
9. Perform any other duty assigned by the deputy program manager or supervisor.

Communication: Proven and sustained communication (verbal and written) skills.

Job Requirement:
Knowledge/Experience
- High School Graduate
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement and asset management
- Solid computer skills (Ms Office)
- Fluency in spoken and written English; as well as Dari and Pashtu
