Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible supporting consumer segment manager to develop the consumer segment plan to drive the acquisition and achieve the business KPIs for the segment (market share, revenue) develop the segmentation approach for the consumer (promotions, and coordinate with product mangers to ensure we have the right product for right segment).
This position will have the following responsibilities and objectives as assistant manager consumer segment

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Segment analysis.
2. Developing presentation and business cases
3. Develop the strategic consumer segment plan to drive acquisition and achieve the business KPIs for the segment (market share, revenue).
4. Develop the segmentation approach for the consumer market (youth, women, low-income, mass market…)
5.Identify and recommend value proposition for the segments (promotions, make sure right products for right segment).
6. Coordinate all efforts towards delivering the segment plan.
7. Cross-functional project management, engaging all the teams, educating and motivating them to deliver the plans.
8.Report back on performance within the segment.


Recommend value proposition (30%):
 Identify and recommend value proposition/promotions for the following segment
 Youth
 Women
 Mass

Developing presentation and business cases (30%):
 Develop business case for each initiatives going to be launched
 Prepare presentation for different phases of initiatives

Segment Analysis (20%):
 Carry out analysis on the KPIs of segment
 Conduct monitoring and evaluation of current promotional efforts

Working with cross functional team (20%):
 Working efficiently with other departments
 Marcom
 Technology
 Sales
 Regional

Job Requirement:

• High school diploma
• Telecom experience preferred

• Excellent written and spoken English, Dari, Pashto
• Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
