Job Summary:

Design a monitoring and reporting system for TV monitoring task. He/she will perform the monitoring process of the television and coordinate it via regional monitors. The assistant manager will work under direct supervision of the monitoring services manager and indirectly under management team of PAN and AMDEP manager. He/she will prepare and deliver timely reports to management team and department head. Ensure that appropriate data collection procedures are developed for realistic, accurate tracking of performance indicators, and establish practical and effective analysis tools for presenting monitoring findings from TVs both from Kabul and from provinces through provincial monitors.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Her main duties and line managing would be as follows;
• Establishment of a sustainable monitoring system for televisions.
• Perform and supervise the monitoring services of the AMDEP project’s assigned monitoring activities related to TVs.
• Writing narrative and Analytical progress reports of TV monitoring.
• Collecting, entering and analyzing Data of the project.
• Coordinate on monitoring activities with monitoring services manager, project manager, monitoring head, and the management of PAN.
• Monitor the TVs broadcasted in Kabul and the TVs broadcasted in provinces via provincial monitors and analysts.
• Developed reporting format for collecting the activities
• Compiling the data to make report.
• Feed back on all angle of monitoring progress.
• Identify the monitoring requirements of TV monitoring in regard to the equipments and other relevant tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in business administration, Journalism, social science, or any other equivalent faculty.
• At least to be a 12 grade baccalaureate with many short term courses graduation.
• Well attitude and personality.
• Ability of working under pressure and could meet deadlines.

• Have at least 2 year experience in working with TVs, especially in media monitoring.
• Have at least 3 years media and or working in management back ground/ job history.
• Understand the behavior of people live in provinces.
• Ability/experience of coordination and communication with multicultural environment.
