Duties & Responsibilities

- Designing and monitoring the overall technical aspect of e-archive project;
- Operating all functioning of the appurtenance of the projects;
- Keeping functioning of the system, internet and networking devices;
- Troubleshooting day to day PC s, printers, scanners and other devices issues and perform, installing software to PCs if required;
- Keeping the PCs clean of any software viruses and misuse of the programs;
- Providing IT and support services to staff:
- Providing proper network maintenance:
- Troubleshooting entire hardware problems as required:
- Handling the project hardware and maintaining network equipment such as, printers, scanners and other peripheral devices:
- Assisting the project management in conducting tenders on equipment or software related to IT, also providing consultation on other IT related project ‘s activities;
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the project manager;

Job Requirements

The successful candidate for the position of Associate Manager will meet the following requirement:
- University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification ( master level with 2 years of relevant working experience or 5 years of experience in IT with bachelor degree);
- Ability to identify technical gaps in project operation and find out effective solutions;
- Ability to work cohesively with team;
- Experience with data management, filing, and recordkeeping system;
- Excellent communication skills in the English language, understanding of local languages (Dari \ Pashtu) is compulsory.
