Job Summary

Main Purpose of the Post:

Billing Chief Engineer have the knowledge with complete understanding of database administration, SQL and UNIX OS system as well as value professionalism, integrity, respects. That can meet the Etisalat new requirements as well great support for team, Sales, Revenue Assurance and Marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Understanding of Billing process.
2. Working with AIX and SQL system.
3. Can work with GUI system of ZSmart.
4. On time report to direct manager.
5. Can configure the packages for prepaid and postpaid.
6. Good communication with other departments.
7. Understand of GSMA role and chargingh system.
8. Understanding of Bill format and designing.
9. Preparing of revenue reports of all bills.

Job Requirements

KEY COMPETENCES/REQUIREMENTS
• At least a Bachelor degree in Computer Science with minimum of two years working experience.
• Strong Oracle, SQL and UNIX system understanding.
• Project Management skills and document creation skills.
• Ability to work alone with proper guidance, work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good Communication Skills – Verbal and Writing.
• Language requirements: English, Pashto and Dari
