Job Summary

Wanted: a bookkeeper/accountant who call handle advanced accounting needs of a fast growing construction company.
Create and maintain accounting-related reports for US donors/clients, such as US Corps of Engineers

Duties & Responsibilities

•fluent in English (speak, write, and read)
•able to accurately read and research large documents (such as client specifications) in English
•able to research client specifications in English.
•able to handle the long term and short term bookkeeping and accounting needs of the company.
•have intermediate/advanced experience with Quick Books
•able to handle billing, payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
•able to manage and track revenue and expenses
•able to generate financial reports for our clients

Job Requirements

•an accounting program such as Quick Books or another U.S. corporate quality accounting software program to keep our accounting records
•a job order cost accounting system
•an electronic database of salaries and wages. Must be able to provide the incurred salary and wage costs from the beginning of a contract to the effective termination date (for a T4C project).

Must be experienced, professional, self-motivated, detail oriented, reliable, honest, and team oriented.

Preferably: Experienced working with US Donors, such as US Army Corps of Engineers.
