Job Summary:

Planning organizing leading and controlling of branch daily activates , performs interpersonal role (figure head, leader, liaison) Informational role (monitor, disseminator , spokesman) Decisional role ( disturbance handler , resource allocater , ) have 10 % conceptual skill 50 % human skill and 40% technical skill

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manages and supervises the branch operation and the staff activates.
• Motivate the staff attitude and ensuring a respectful, professional and banking values driven behavior against customers
• Cash management with close assistance of HO and COO
• Authorizing of all GL transactions and large amounts
• Check the registers on daily bases (attendance, cash daily book, cash reserve book, voucher register book)
• Checking and counting of physical cash twice in a month and surprise counting of cash if need
• Analyses of trail balance on daily bases and checking of cash in hand and compare it with cash daily book and physical cash. Also checking of adjustable heads( RIT, sundry, suspense, WU) if any amount out standing, reconcile it with related head
• Ensure the actual number of security forms (cheque book , fixed deposit receipts ) tallies with the system and respective register
• Ensure on daily bases the number of payments, receipts and transfer vouchers tallies with the system generate report.
• Ensure the proper documentation of branch records(account opening and closing forms, all transactions vouchers, staff related doc , HO circulars and other branch related doc )
• Ensure that all cervices charges have been debited and interests have been credited to respective customer accounts as per bank policies.
• Preparing of monthly propose running budget and propose payroll and propose sheet of requirement of stationary and other equipment
• Liable for all branch fixed assets and make sure all fixed assets are in functioning condition and check it with fixed assets register
• Arrange meeting with staff on weekly bases and discus a bout daily operation, customer service, business development and aware them a bout new circulars which are receives from HO and other polices.
• Ensure that the KYC and AML and other internal and DAB norms are applied in account opening forms and other operation.

Job Requirement:

1. University Degree
2. Experience in Banking/ ideally similar position (three years )
3. Good SWOT analysis Knowledge
4. Strong Microsoft office skills – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
5. Good Knowledge of using Internet
