Business Administration Trainers should have the ability to conduct training, develop curriculum and training design to the Female High School graduates. They will have close cooperation with other project implementation team and under direct supervision of project coordinator.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide trainees with relevant work skills such as computing, filing, letter and email writing etc, to facilitate their access to employment
Recording and maintain accurate participant attendance records and grades.
Plan and integrate the trainings for both job seekers and med level employees as well as technical assessments of project beneficiaries.
Designing trainings, training materials, training place preparation, data collection, and reporting.
Ability to design Professional Short Term Training Programs in different topics and subjects.
Familiar with various employability systems and Career Counseling.
Communicate with the team management on any feedback that may be received during the training.
Prepare training packages to be distributed among the trainees.
Ensure completion of trainings as per work plan.
Facilitate conducting employment skill development training.
Ensure that the pre-assessments and post assessment test are implemented for each training classes.
Provide a good learning atmosphere for participants.
Devise extra-curricular activities for the participants to improve their weaknesses.
Ensure the regular and timely teaching progress reports are prepared and submitted.
Diagnose learners’ needs and to formulate relevant trainings to cater those needs.
Help trainees identify and resolve matters which block their employment progress.
Maintaining good working relations with other colleagues and authorities
Work closely with SCAHMR team to maximize business opportunities.
Undertake all administrative tasks associated with assigned training and other tasks and any other task assigned by the Team Leader.
Experience in Business Administration trainings teaching with a donor-funded or NGO program in Afghanistan.
Be committed to good working relationships with trainee and employers and have the ability to motivate others.
Be committed to the implementation of Business Administration curriculums and working practices which are free from any bias relating to gender, disability or ethnicity.
Able to assess participants level of knowledge and prepare teaching materials accordingly
Ability to explain properly and lead the participants on his teaching topic
Able to work under stress and perform well under pressure
Excellent team player, punctual and creative
Excellent communication skill and strong personality

Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
