About SMEC International Pty Ltd:
BDO shall be responsible for the activities of SMEC, Afghanistan that relates with development and procurement of business. BDO shall be responsible for monitoring/tracking business opportunities, preparation of EOI, Proposal and etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Identification of project opportunities and reporting to management.
â€¢ Collection of project documents like Project pro-forma and etc.
â€¢ Follow-up upcoming opportunities /projects with client.
â€¢ Prepare monthly project tracking statistics and reports to management
â€¢ Assist in Preparing, Expression of Interest (EOI) for consulting services.
â€¢ Maintain all Business Development and Proposals files.
â€¢ To perform any other duties as directed by the competent authority.
â€¢ To maintain liaison and coordination with all section Managers.
â€¢ To maintain liaison and coordination with the HR and Administration.

Education and Experience:
â€¢ Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Administration and/or Engineering.
â€¢ Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc) and advance knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages.
â€¢ Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members is required.
â€¢ Considerable experience working with the Government agencies is an advantage.
â€¢ Fluency in English (reading and writing) and proficiency in Dari and Pashto.
