Job Summary:

Duties & Responsibilities:
Engage in market research in order to identify new opportunities for the company products
Explain to potential customers about the various benefits offered by company products or services; following them up so as to close the business deals
Respond to queries and complaints from clients as regards the company’s products; this should be done quick as well as in a timely fashion
Develop business proposals for existing and new customers
Participate in forums & related to the company; conferences, workshops and client discussions. In other words, act as a representative of the company
Determine cross-selling opportunities among different offices
Development of business plans
Training & Development of juniors
Supervise database of client relationship management and utilize the result to manage customers and the mailing lists
Abilities to liaise with Industries body, Merchant association & Government departments
To provide critical support to the management
Demonstrated strength in leading cross-functional projects with strong collaborative approach
Develop spirit of co-operation and understanding among members of the unit
Able to work in flexible working hours
Efficient coordinating with other related Departments of AGI and reports the activities of marketing department on daily/monthly basis
Job Requirement:
MBA/M.COM or BBA/B.COM
01 year Experience (Master) or 03 years experience (Bachelor)
Should have excellent knowledge of English, Dari & Pashto
Proficient in Computer
