Duties & Responsibilities:

Plays an integral role in new business pitches and holds responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients  Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel  Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business  Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business  Candidate will act as the key interface between key account team , key customers and all relevant divisions  Monitoring the day to day commercial performance of each account within a portfolio through key account team  Regularly liaising with existing clients to identify new business opportunities  Identifying new solutions and products to offer clients to extend our existing services  Progressivly manage an opportunity pipeline, closing all possible opportunities to achieve set targets  Ensuring all clients understand the services on offers proposed by Roshan  Project cordinating of the roll-out of all new contracts and services along with other departments  With the assistance of the Head Business Sales provides industry leading  Quality reports to clients via email or the online customer portal.  Provides detailed information and reports to the Head Business Sales on weekly and monthly basis  Carry out analysis and produce reports on a monthly and quarterly basis  Daily liaison with other members of the team to provide information and ensure that customers receive excellent customer service  Managing a range of customer projects at any point of time  Advising on changes and trends in the marketplace and the activities of competitors  To undertake tasks and projects as agreed that are within jobholders experience, skills and capabalities  Supervises the day to day visits and account status of key account team  Supervises key account team on their day to day business KPIs.
