Job Summary:

CCA will answer incoming calls from customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
  • Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
  • Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, Computer Science graduates are more preferred
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
