INL/CSSP, Multi Location
PAE is responsible for the INL/Corrections System Support Program (INL/CSSP) that is funded by the US Department of State and is a non-for-profit organization. INL/CSSP is helping Afghanistan improve its Corrections system by providing technical assistance, advice and training to Afghanistan Corrections system professionals.
Assist with the implementation of case tracking and classification, CPD count systems and file management operation systems and processes within identified facilities within CPD. Develop and implement select strategies, policies and plans affecting case tracking and classification operations, delivery of practice advisory, knowledge and learning services relating to case tracking and classification. Collects, verifies and analyzes factual material in preparation of case tracking and classification summaries for inmates housed in the facilities. Develops and formulates appropriate individual program goals. Prepares written reports based on a review of the written record and adjustment to the facility and the program. Meets with inmates periodically to discuss the inmates’ progress and attitude or any particular problem within the facility or in selecting an appropriate program. Informs inmates of programs available along with any special services which may be used in addressing problems. Performs other related duties as assigned.

A University Degree in Law with at least 2 years in the Criminal Justice System or a University Degree with at least 2 years of management experience.
Demonstrated ability to present with clarity, in English, Pashtu and Dari, reports and findings to ministerial level directors and their designees
Knowledge of the Afghan Criminal Law and procedures preferred
Must have demonstrated ability with computer programs to include: Work, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Ability to organize and direct others in the development of the work effort within the missions and goals established for the program
Ability to meet with department heads and counterparts to obtain information without prior introductions
Must have Interpersonal and communication skills.
