Responsible for receiving cash payment of registration and license fees from customer’s.
• Disbursement of cash after authenticate document receive.
• Responsible for proper counting of cash according to receipt of license and Registration fee.
• Responsible for conversion of currency when occasion arise.
• Responsible for proper management, counting of cash at end of the day.
• Must produce daily report on cash receives and cash payment to commodity officer.
• Prepare and maintain daily records of cash balance, and formulate a cash statement on Monthly basis.
• Assisting commodity officer in daily functions
• Receiving the report (cash receives and cash payments) on monthly basis from the regional offices and recording the same in a quick book.
• Responsible for cash authenticity during transaction.
• Any others tasks as assigned.
High school education degree

1. Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
2. Arithmetic and counting money to make change.
3. Structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
4. Relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.
