Job Summary

Cashier

Duties & Responsibilities

•Keep track of over all payments and receipts
•To operate cash register
•stamps receipts and payments
•Filing of finance documents.
•Assist the Finance Manager in daily office activities.
•Ensure contains of safe tally the cash book balance both in USD and AFN Currency.
•Assists individuals in the accurate application of their transactions, and when necessary, researches records on electronic and other available files to provide information regarding financial status
•Maintains confidentiality of organization records
•Projects currency and denomination requirements and reorders as necessary.
•prepares daily cash reports and balances the cash drawer; reconciles cash, check, and credit card receipts daily, and investigates and resolves any out-of-balance problems
•Performing other related duties as assigned by Finance Manager or Admin and Finance Director

Job Requirements

•Graduated from a recognized high school or institute.
•Experience in knowledge of cash handling and record keeping standards and practices.
•Familiar with knowledge of basic accounting procedures Communication skill and English knowledge.
•Ability to make arithmetical calculations rapidly and accurately.
