Job Summary:

• Responsible for receiving cash payment of registration and license fees from customer’s.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Disbursement of cash after authenticate document receive.
• Responsible for proper counting of cash according to receipt of license and
Registration fee.
• Responsible for conversion of currency when occasion arise.
• Responsible for proper management, counting of cash at end of the day.
• Must produce daily report on cash receives and cash payment to commodity officer.
• Prepare and maintain daily records of cash balance, and formulate a cash statement on Monthly basis.
• Assisting commodity officer in daily functions
• Receiving the report (cash receives and cash payments) on monthly basis from the regional offices and recording the same in a quick book.
• Responsible for cash authenticity during transaction.
• Any others tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• High school education degree with a minimum of two year experience in the relevant field.
