Afghanistan Investment Support Agency (AISA) began as an agency that provided licenses to companies wishing to invest in Afghanistan. AISA has now evolved into a pro-active institution on promoting and attracting investment to Afghanistan. AISA, having its main office in Kabul and regional offices in Herat, Kandahar, Mazar-i-sharif, Nangharhar, Khost, Kunduz, Paktia, Faryab and Helmand province, delivers a wide range of services to investors all over the country.
â€¢ Responsible for receiving cash payment of registration and license fees from customerâ€™s.
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Disbursement of cash after authenticate document receive.
â€¢ Responsible for proper counting of cash according to receipt of license and
â€¢ Responsible for conversion of currency when occasion arise.
â€¢ Responsible for proper management, counting of cash at end of the day.
â€¢ Must produce daily report on cash receives and cash payment to commodity officer.
â€¢ Prepare and maintain daily records of cash balance, and formulate a cash statement on Monthly basis.
â€¢ Assisting commodity officer in daily functions
â€¢ Receiving the report (cash receives and cash payments) on monthly basis from the regional offices and recording the same in a quick book.
â€¢ Responsible for cash authenticity during transaction.
â€¢ Any others tasks as assigned.
â€¢ High school education degree with a minimum of two year experience in the relevant field.
