Duties and Responsibilities
â€¢Daily cash receipts from patients properly and issue them related slips.
â€¢Record all receipts in handwriting cash book on daily basis.
â€¢Reconcile cash receipts with slips issued and slip remains with cashier.
â€¢Reporting cash receipts and to Admin Finance Director on daily basis.
â€¢Should be able to perform the duty of receptionist as well.
â€¢Weekly and monthly cash reconciliation
â€¢Clearance with medical staff and reimbursing fees to them
based on patient slips held up by them.
â€¢Should be ready for any time surprise cash count held by admin finance director.
â€¢Managing patients to get their slips in good and professional order to prevent any disarray and anarchy.
â€¢Any other duties required by Admin Finance Director
â€¢At least 12th class graduate, accountancy and other business certificates are an advantage.
â€¢At least 1 year experience in related field with a recognized company or NGO, especially in trading companies,
