1. To ensure timely completion of all plans and objectives.
2. Deal with budgeting and financial management and to ensure that all project activities are performed as per allocated budgets
3. Monitoring the progress of programme activities and preparation of project reports as required by donors/ director
4. Developing projects and programme plans in accordance with Pajhwok's goals and objectives
5. To Write fundraising proposals
6. Supervision and evaluation of all administration personnel
7. Coordinate with other Managers
8. Identify, negotiate, and implement high value partnerships with key Afghan media organizations.
9. Promote agency and liaise with partners, international media organizations, government media outlets.
10. Develop and maintain effective internal control framework for all employees.
11. Development of a proper filing system and keep track of documents coming and going to have a well organized filing system.
12. To perform other related duties.

• Degree in public or business administration or related field, preferably at the graduate
• Three to five years work experience of Administration
• Highly fluent in English, Dari and Pashto.
• Experience in management of staff, preferably in a unionized environment
• Experience in the public consultation process
• Demonstrated skills in team leadership and development
• Skills in communication and presentation, especially the ability to prepare written reports and make oral presentations
• Project management and contract administration skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
