Job Summary:
The CIO will be Responsible of all FMFB-A Information Technology activities and will lead all new technology projects in the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will provide strategic leadership to ensure planning, oversights and continuous improvement of FMFBs technology efforts and supporting the long term strategic plan of the bank. You will be accountable to manage and oversee all aspects of the bank’s network, systems and technology infrastructure. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will possess the ability to proactively monitor and analyze the current technology infrastructure to ensure it aligns with the business and their strategic plans. You will work closely with senior officers, external vendors and initiative leads to ensure optimum allocation and utilization of technology resources to support FMFB’s strategic roadmap. Demonstrate the ability to provide direction, leadership and coaching to IT staff and possess strong collaborative skills across the entire organization. In addition, the successful candidate must stay abreast of not only new technology to support FMFB’s strategic goals but also stay current on industry challenges and technology disrupters.
Job Requirement:
University Graduate preferably Computer Science and IT
Strong experience in IT with at least 7-10 years in a leadership position.
Coming to us from a working knowledge of banking institutions. The person must have bachelor degree in Computer Science. Extensive experience with both in-house and shared or outsourced systems, multiple hardware platforms, and integrated information and communication systems. Also, the person must be knowledgeable and have experience in core banking system such as Oracle and FlexCube. Experience in interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model is highly required. Knowledgeable and experience in vendor management including contract review, performance management, and successful contract negotiation is highly preferred. The person should demonstrate an ability to be comfortable in a fluid environment, self-direct, work flexibly and be creative. Have excellent analytical and critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills. The person must display leadership capabilities to ensure becoming a central component of a high performing team.
