Job Summary:

A Chief KPI Developer is responsible for the analysis, design, development, maintenance and support of software applications and Database report generation of telecom KPI. This position is also responsible for the development of key infrastructure and/or architectural components, processes and tools for KPI development teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide detail report on molded components/ packaging and supplier development activities for new and existing components/products, together with process improvement activities using statistical /quality tools in compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA (21 CFR) part 820 requirements.
Assists in Quality Planning to support development of the Quality Function.
Drafting of KPI's for quality to trend quality performance across the business.
Provide support in executing internal audits, communicate outcomes and monitor completion of improvement actions.
Prepare documentation on Quality, Operations and R and D functions.
Maintain specifications, test methods and acceptance criteria for molded components, and critical packaging items.
Analyze the product design, define and build phases through quality checkpoints and testing.
Assist Manager in defining performance parameters for the respective unit.
Provide support in NW analysis to enhance the performance quality, reliability and consistency of EA’s network and recommend actions to be taken.
Compiles and presents technical/ operational reports for superiors as required.
Perform modifications and enhancements to existing systems (processes, procedures, etc).
Provide technical and administrative support.
Prepare analysis and provide support in implementation. Performs administrative function related to the running of department and assists manager in planning ,evaluation and research
• Ensures SQL applications meet requirements and is error free
• Develops technical system documentation for all KPI related projects
• Builds enterprise architectural and/or infrastructure components for KPI
• Ensures that applications meet the architectural standards and all Outputs meet the expected error free KPI report.
• Supports the operations of existing applications and KPI query from various department
• When on call , provides timely response and resolution of emergent production queries and defects
• Adheres to a production support for KPI process and procedures
• Works on periodic maintenance releases of applications including enhancements and defects
• Looks for ways to enhance design of application for better maintainability and software reuse
• Looks for ways to incrementally improve the architecture of legacy systems.
• Understands how users use their applications and database tools
• Anticipates users’ future needs when architecting solution and produce KPI report for Manager as well Management.
• Coaches less experienced teammates and creates documentation to aid in others’ learning
• Provides project supervision and ensures quality and timeliness of others’ deliverables.
• Manages workload to deliver quality deliverables that meet requirements and timelines
• Communicates status of assignments to supervisor
• Notifies supervisor of issues that impact productivity or ability to meet expectations
• Assists Manager in tracking progress, prioritizing work, developing time estimates and work plans and assisting less experienced team members
• Resolves issues or escalates to Manager, if necessary and checks work in to central repositories.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Telecom or EEE or EC from any reputed universities.
• 2 years experience in SQL or PL/SQL Database development projects and ,
• 2 years of experience in KPI team or any GSM department.
• Gender Male is first preference
• Communication skill should be good in English
• The candidate should have basic knowledge in JAVA or .net
