Job Summary:

The general function of the position is to implement the activities of collect and maintain child profile photographs and child messages.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•To organize and manage regular meetings with the community in the development Area with regard to child sponsorship implementation
•Collect and maintain child profiles , photographs and child messages
•Translate the child messages from Dari to English languages and supporters letter from English to Dari
•Being in touch regularly with children and community and update the progress of the work with its challenges to Development Areas focal person
•Organizing gathering for children to write up/draw up their messages for supporters
•Maintain all documents related to child sponsorship at program support units
•Prepare reports and submit to country office in timely manner
•Maintain filing system (hard and soft copies)
•Conform to the quality control function at the field level
•Perform other related activities assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement:

•Secondary Education high school graduated
•At least two years working experience in the community;
•Having experience in community mobilization.
•Good interpersonal skills;
•Ability to facilitate and understand community dynamics and self-motivated;
•Needs to be assertive in implementing work activities;
•Excellent communication skills in English, Dari and Turkmani both verbally and written;
•Report writing skill;
•Excellent interpersonal relations, enthusiasm to do the job;
•Advocate of team spirit in the work place.
•Willingness to work in tough conditions and in learning new things.
•Willingness to frequently travels to the project site
