MADERA, Multi Location
 Survey, design, implement and monitor the subprojects of the Community Development Councils of (CDC) National Solidarity Program (NSP)
 Under the supervision of the Team Leader and or District Manager, to ensure the survey, design and implementation of the sub-projects is done on time and within the designated budget.
 Under the supervision of the Team Leader and or District Manager, to ensure the sub-projects follow the rules and standards of civil engineering
 Under the supervision of the Team Leader and or District Manager, to make sure the dedicated materials is used in the sub-projects
 Implementation of the subprojects
o The civil engineer under the direct supervision of the Team Leader and or the District Manager participates in the process of the Community Development Plans (CDPs) where the CDCs list their subprojects
o The civil engineer under the direct supervision of the Team Leader and or the District Manager conducts the survey of the subprojects prioritized by the CDCs
o The civil engineer under the direct supervision of the Team Leader and or the District Manager designs the final selected subprojects of the CDCs (technical drawings and costs…)
o The civil engineer under the direct supervision of the Team Leader and or the District Manager submits the subprojects designs and gets the approval of NSP’s Provincial Management Unit (PMU)
o The civil engineer under the direct supervision of the Team Leader and or the District Manager implements and monitors the subprojects standards are fully observed
 Reporting
o The civil engineer prepares the reports of his fields visits and submit them to his hierarchical responsible
REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS:
Technical Skills
 License or Masters degree in civil engineering
 At least 2 years of working experience in a similar field
 Ability to speak Dari, Pashtu and English
 Ability to use Autocad and other engineering software’s
Personal Skills
 Well-mannered
 Ability of working in team, Ability of team management
 Sharp minded
 Good capacity of problem analysis, Good capacity of initiative, Mobility
salary:
28,130 AfA. / Month (gross salary) +10,930 Afs remote area bonus and 250 $ break allowance after each 2.5 months
