Job Summary

Under the guidance and supervision of the Logistics, Travel and Transport Specialist, the Cleaner will perform the following duties and responsible, but not limited to:

Duties & Responsibilities

Daily Cleaning of all SCRTFP Common Premise Areas at the ACD or MoF Office.

Cleaning and washing of Common Service Toilets and Bathrooms PIU/ACD.

Carrying/replacing the desks chairs, computers, when required by tenants.

Keeping the office environment, furniture and electronics/equipment clean and orderly for daily usage

Providing tea, refreshment for Project meeting conferences and staff

Loading/unloading store materials to and from warehouse of ACD

Binding and arranging the copied documents for different tenants at SCRTFP

Escorting visitors at gate and back

Prepare the tea and coffee of the employees and guests.

Work extra hours if require.

Any other task related and instructed by supervisors.

Job Requirements

a. Education

Education is not required but will be considered as an asset.

b. Work Experience

At least 1 year experience in the relevant field

Organized, clean and neat

Previous work experience as cleaner/tea boy

Knowledge in preparing various tea & coffee

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Computer literate (MS Office, good command of Internet) will be given added weightage during evaluation.

A reasonable standard of spoken local languages are required.

Good knowledge of English language will be given added weightage during evaluation

Capable of working in a multi-national/cultural environment.
