Job Summary:

The incumbent of the position is responsible for serving the role of first point of contact for all potential new clients at branch; and providing adequate information to clients regarding loan products and services in a timely manner.

Duties & Responsibilities:


• Provide adequate and update information to all clients (new and repeat, for any product offered by the bank, both for MF and SME lending) coming to branch for receiving the bank services, products and advices

• Registers eligible new clients as POTENTIAL customers in eMerge by doing initial consultation and in accordance with basic eligibility criteria related to each product (age, existence of business, purpose of loan, availability of personal and physical guarantee, etc.) – both for MF and SME lending

• Maintain welcome book, documenting all clients rejected at initial stage. This shall provide records for expansion of products and services being offered by the bank

• Record documentation of loan requests both in physical and eMerge

• Physical loan request form shall include client contact information along with recording of basic financial and other related information of client as per client word of mouth. Loan request must be singed by the client (both for MF and SME)

• Record client application in eMerge as status APPLIED for loan application

• For repeat customers, update client records in eMerge, along with documentation of loan request

• Allocates loan officer for walk-in customer or directs customer file to concerned loan officer (for repeat customers) through file submission to related DBM

Job Requirement:

Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)

A. Education:
At least High School graduation

B. Experience
At least 3 years hands-on work experience in the same or a similar field.

Good command of written and spoken English, reasonably computer literate, good
Interpersonal and communication skills with somewhat focus on interviewing skills.

Personal Trait:
Having a good sense of humor, and a good understanding of the prevailing market
A good understanding of, believing in, and commitment to the FMFB-A vision and mission;
And Enthusiasm to the job
