Job Summary:

To be open for discussion with all the staff of MOMP

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Ensure appropriate paths to recovery are being followed.
2. Motivate adherence to therapy.
3. Being responsible for initiating the alert in case of any major medical emergency.
4. Being flexible in substituting colleague doctors operating in other Hostels if absent.
5. Advise on and monitor capacity to work.
6. Advise the Medical Council in relation to the doctor’s situation at any time
7. To be open for discussion with all the staff of MOMP.
8. Supervision of the medical/clinical components of MOMP (nutrition, outreach, TB, mental health and Hepatitis B/HCV).
9. To identify training needs of the paramedical staff in collaboration to the T.O.T. mentor (Nurse Tutor).
10. To advise the Nurse Tutor T.O.T. mentor in charge on the development of training modules.
11. To carry out surgical operations as required
12. To regularly keep an eye on the outbreak surveillance in place and to act accordingly.

13. Any other tasks assigned by the admin and services Director according to law and regulation,

Job Requirement:


Bachelor degree in Medical and any other related fields (Masters Preferred)

At least 4 years of practical working experience with international organizations and Government.
