Job Summary:

Responds to emergency calls during outside office hours when necessary and assists Medical Doctors in providing adequate care;

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Nursing Care of IPD&OPD; Pts.
2. Night duty according to timetable if required.
3. Being responsible for initiating the alert in case of any major medical emergency.
4. To be open for discussion with all the students of MOMP.
5. To regularly keep an eye on the outbreak surveillance in place and to act accordingly.
6. Responds to emergency calls during outside office hours when necessary and assists Medical Doctors in providing adequate care;
7. Give first-aid and advice to the staff and their recognized dependents;
8. Ensures effective liaison between patient and doctor, paramedics, family members, and colleagues as appropriate;
9. Performs clinical assessment of patients visiting the walk-in clinic;
10. Facilitates referral to the MOMP Medical Doctor or to an outside physician, as required.
11. Instructs on the content and potential uses of the travel kit.
12. Assists in providing health education and health promotion programs;
13. Participates in work environment assessment, e.g. office ergonomics, and addresses other occupational health issues.
14. Assists in providing medical support during evacuation and repatriation;
15. Advises evacuees on the requirements for evacuation and/or escorts patients if needed;
16. Concludes or closes medical evacuation files to enable staff members to submit claims;
17. Assist in arrangements for the deceased;
18. Designs and implements outreach programs for mission personnel;
19. Plans and organizes preventive and promotes medical fairs;
20. Perform medical briefing for incoming staff and conduct first aid training;
21. Assists in maintaining records of patients' medical data including consultations and treatment;
22. Maintain strict confidentiality with regards to patient’s medical records; patient management and treatment.
23. Perform medication, injection, dressing, and stitching, foreign body extraction and so on as needed;
24. Performs other related duties as required
25. Any other tasks assigned by the admin and services Director according to law and regulation,

Job Requirement:


Bachelor degree in Nursing, Medical and any other related fields (Masters Preferred)

At least 2-4 years of practical working experience with international organizations and Government.
