Job Summary

Commercial Expert a Ghani Consultancy Position

Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct the assessment of existing and expected functions needed to perform DABS’ mandate;

•   Support functional analyses and positioning;

•         Support the development of organization structure and analyses of alternatives;

•         Support the development of Job Descriptions; Internal Rules and Procedures; Standard Operating Manuals;

•         Support the development of Performance Evaluation Criteria; Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); according Incentives and Corrective Action Plans;

•         Support the development of strategies and policies, migration plan and the DABS restructuring Implementation Plan;

•   Assist other team members as required.

Job Requirements

Degree in commerce or equivalent.

5 years of professional experience, of which 3 years in power sector.

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development or equivalent
