About Hawk Vision :
Hawk Vision is an Afghan consultancy firm which established in 2007 by a group of highly dedicated and experienced afghan people with many years of expertise with the different, national and international organizations(donors, UN agencies, USAID and non-governmental organizations ,Afghan government, civil society and the private sectors) HAWK is a limited liability company (LLC) registered with the Afghanistan Investment Support Agency (AISA) and incorporated in the city of Kabul, Mazar, Jalalabad, Kunar, Khost, Kandahar and Herat.
Communication and Reporting Officer is responsible for ensuring that regular progress and final reports are prepared and submitted as required. She/he will be also responsible person to prepare the report and act as a focal point of the HVCS in different donor meeting.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Providing all types of periodic reports of Hawk Vision projects to CEO and then to the donor.
Providing all types necessary data for creating a complete and convincing report,
Update CEO on internal and external communications; maintain the
Corporate communications strategy which promotes the activities of Hawk Vision and increases awareness of what it does.
Draft regular activity reports, weekly reports, monthly reports as well as project end reports.
Develop and coordinate regular highlights for internal and external distribution;
Assists with all departments in production of activity reports,
Prepares and updates information material (Fact Sheets, brochures, success stories, data tables).
Maintain and enhance Hawk Vision’s presence on social media, such as Hawk Vision Website and Facebook.
Ensure that reporting and monitoring mechanisms and data management are in place and updated regularly as per the need of the Project,
Prepare progress and final reports on achievements of outputs as well as progress towards outcomes and impacts;
Translate documents and any other printed materials in English, Dari and Pashtu, as necessary.
Write up project reports and stories and case studies with impact analysis.
Ensure sound and timely monitoring and reporting on the activities, as required by the donor and partners.
Support the Steering Committee (SC) with timely and adequate information on sub-project proposals and other relevant materials for the meeting.
A University Degree, preferably in Law and political science, Business Administration, or other social field,
At least four years of relevant work experience with national or international organizations,
At least 3 years working experience as reporting officer,
Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, power points and etc...),
Strong written and verbal Pashto, Dari and English language communication skills are required,
Strong organizational and prioritization skills are required,
Ability to execute multiple tasks efficiently and under a tight time schedule,
Ability to work as a team member or independent worker,
Ability to solve the problems arising during program implantation in the field,
