•Assist Balkh Provincial Support unit Manager
•Provided support in Program and Projects related communication
•Provided Support in Program and Projects ( Planning, Implementing, Monitoring, Evaluation, and suggesting new agendas to be taken at the PSU)
•Provide and assist PSU Manager in timely reporting of various projects
•Provide support and coordinate with teams on reports to the Ministry of Economy
•Ensuring the documentation of all projects and Development Areas properly.
•Develop effective filling system for all Development Areas (DA) program and projects reports and communications.
•Develop appropriate monitoring and evaluation tools for all activities on going in the areas
•Arrange and follow project and program related meetings along with related stakeholders within the organization and outside of the organization
•Conduct regular field visits to monitor projects and programs implementation status and address any inconsistencies noticed between implementation and programs, projects goals
•Facilitate government (specially Economy department) and Donors monitoring visits in the field
•Compile Balkh PSU program and project reports on the basis of each 6 month to Ministry of Economy (MoE)
•Ensure that team follows process and systems laid out by the organization while project and program implementation
•Ensure that weekly and monthly plans are made in a participatory manner and followed up effectively by the staff members
•Arrange regular week and monthly meetings with PSU manager with the team
•Ensure that gender mainstreaming takes place in all aspects of the programme
•Facilitating unit team meetings for program effectiveness with PSU Manager
•Keeping overall information, data, documents (soft and hard copy) and start a system of information which should be available as intuitional memories
•Adhering the policies and principles of the organization in implementation of the programs
•Identifying capacity building needs of the team and meeting their requirements
•Establish relationship with other civil society organizations, and stakeholders at the province
•Any other related tasks assign by the line manager
•University degree (Social Sciences) or any other related subject.
•A minimum of three years experience in field program operation
•Skills in planning, design, conduct and evaluation of long and short term programmes
•Need assessment and analytical skills
•Interpersonal skills, facilitation, communication and networking
•Report writing skills
•Posses broad development vision
•Good communication skills in English and local languages (Dari/Pashto)
•Understanding and sensitivity to cross cultural issues
•Flexible and adaptable to ever changing environments
•Team player
•Excellent computer skills
•Willingness to travel and live in basic conditions
