ANAFAE ( Afghan National Association for Adult Education) is a non for profit, non government and non political organization established in November 2005. ANAFAE is to implement any donor project based on the ANAFAE objectives and Goals. ANAFAE recently granted the fund from DVV International a German organization to implement in 6 Afghanistan provinces.
General requirement: the communication officer will be responsible for preparing and submitting the progress and narrative reports to donor as well as ANAFAE program managers and director in English and national languages (Dari and Pashto), also responsible for (ANAFAE website, translation tasks, writing proposals, annual reports) and other reports for public information (broachers, magazine, news and etcâ€¦) in English and national languages.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Collection of reports regularly (weekly, monthly, quarterly) from the field managers.
2- Analyzing the collected reports and converted to official reporting formats (progress and narrative) in English and national languages (Dari and Pashto).
3- Submission of reports to donors as well as ANAFAE program managers and director.
4- Conduction of regular trainings to the field managers in order to make them able to provide proper reporting according to ANAFAE report writing standard requirements.
5- Updating the ANAFAE website information, to make sure all informationâ€™s are updated and valid.
6- Preparing short reports for news papers, magazines, TV and etc for the purpose of public information.
7- Responsible for developing leaflets for ANAFAE activities with the support of project managers.
8- Providing presentation for ANAFAE activities in PowerPoint or other soft ware programs.
9- Participation in external meetings, workshops and conferences and conduction of presentations if required.
10- Organizing the regular internal meetings and taking minutes of the meetings.
11- Translation of documents from English to Dari or Pashto and from Dari and Pashto to English
12- Other related duties if required.
