Job Summary

• Handling the customer complaints.
To handle all the complaints which are coming from all sales channels in terms of SIM/SC / Network problems /Network expansion request…etc.

Duties & Responsibilities

• To inform and investigate the fraud cases with RA dept, and to follow up till the case get closed with its positive results.
• Preparing training materials and train the Etisalat new employees and franchises.
• Making the process of services.
• Preparing and keep the track of complaints reports in Monthly bases.
• Any other task which is assigned by Supervisor, or by the management.

Job Requirements

University Degree.
At least 1-2 years experience
