Job Summary

MANAGE and MONITOR THE PERFORMANCE OF OUTLETS WITHIN HIS DEFINED AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY TO OPTIMIZE SALES AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Duties & Responsibilities

 Maintain requested number of staff at all locations assigned
 Manage booths team leaders to achieve company objectives
 Set standards for all outlets within assigned area and ensure implementation and adherence
 Monitor outlets performance and quality and take corrective actions when needed
 Coach, motivate and evaluate direct reporters for better results and productivity
 Perform regular visits to all assigned locations to maintain quality and explore opportunities for improvement
 Ensure smooth operations of outlets by interacting with other departments
 Manage opening of new locations in terms of staffing, resource allocation and company image

Job Requirements

 University Degree is Required
Very good English both spoken and written
 Very good computer skills
 Strong communication skills
 Strong people and resources management skills
 Flexible with ability to manage stress and pressure
 Creative and decision maker
