Duties & Responsibilities:
Verify the accuracy and completeness of the loan documentation, follow-up on missing item and report all findings to ICM.
o Complete other control activities as assigned by ICM in accordance with work plan.
o Substantiate disbursed loans, in accordance with monthly work plan. Loan selection process will be clearly communicated by ICM and through the controlling procedures.
o Verify compliance with FINCA credit manual policies by monitoring activities related to loan portfolio monitoring, repayments and other routine lending activities as directed by ICM.
o Submit reports to ICM (regularity according to IC procedures), that includes all observations from the control and issues or topics that need the ICMâ€™s attention.
o Submit reports to ICM (regularity according to IC procedures) that summarizes activities and observations and compares actual tasks performed with the work plan for that month.
o As necessary, immediately report all suspicious activities (both internal and external), instances of staff attempting to influence ICIâ€™s work, information of inappropriate use of FINCA resources or any other critical situation that endangers the affiliate or its employees.
o FINCA staff behaviour that may influence the ICâ€™s work and significant observations that may indicate major control weaknesses.
o Conduct supervision of fulfillment of policies and procedures of affiliate in compliance with current memorandums, orders, etc.
o Perform control over the office security during the working hours and after hours according to the plan.
o Conducting special investigations on the inquiries of ICM.
o Organize reports systematic storage, in the according to the affiliates requirements.
o Keep track of recommendationsâ€™ fulfillment.
For inapplicable and poor execution of functional responsibilities, wrong conclusions and recommendations, insufficient involving in the process of identification and disclosure of shortcomings during the control, the following actions are applicable:
o Verbal remarks;
Financial liability is applicable according to the employment contract.
- University degree in economics, finance or related areas;
- Profficiency in local language(s), and English desirable;
- Confident PC user;
- Analitical skils;
- Ability to work in groups, integrity, flexibility and strong organizational skills;
