Job Summary:

NBG Construction Managers (CM) creates and executes project work plans and if necessary, revise plans to meet changing needs and requirements. To provide NBG Management over site of all phases of construction project, including coordinating workers, materials and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
• Ability to identify technical problems and their solution
• Prior to start the job a Project Manager is required to review and memorize the Technical Requirement and Scope of Work.
• Selects and coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project
• Is required to be able to review and evaluate the Design Drawings and implement them in a proper way.
• Reviews architectural and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with specifications
• Should have mutual understandings, so that he could provide more details and explanations on project goals.
• Supervises assistant managers, reviews their reports, checks on any reported difficulties, and corrects any safety violations or other reported deficiencies
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
• Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards

Job Requirement:

Education / Credentials
• Civil Engineer
• Experience in project management

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Well verse with construction requirements.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
• Must be aware of local market.
• Ability to deal with matters of strict confidentiality
• Good organizational skills; ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
