Duties & Responsibilities

-Keeps track of all Facilitating Partners(FP) contract status and changes;

-Review individual project contracts and provide necessary comments and corrections, if required.

-Maintain entire program/ Project Contractual related issues

-Ensures appropriate soft and hard copy filing of relevant contractual documents and related correspondence as well as their necessary distribution within GPI and to FPs.

-Verifies FPs achievements against their contractual targets based on invoices, PMU reports.

-Processes the FPs invoices for the payments of NSP facilitation cost.

-Keep track of invoices and their status, liaise with other departments on invoices processing and update FP upon request on the status of their invoices.

-Liaise with relevant GPI departments on contract-related issues;

-Ensures proper filing in hard and soft copies of all relevant working materials;

-Shares in a proactive manner the necessary information with others.

-Maintain entire program/ Project Contractual related issues

-Any other duties and responsibilities.

Job Requirements

At least BA degree Public Administration, Project Management or relevant fields.

-At least 2 – 5 years experience in related fields with government or non government organizations.

-Excellent English, Dari and Pashto language skills.

-Good knowledge of computers

-Good knowledge of drafting routine correspondence

-Strong communication skills
