Duties & Responsibilities:

prepare and review contractual obligations and identify contractual risks and issues.
You will be a highly ambitious leader who will educate the project team on contract terms, improve quality and standard of service.
The Contract Specialist will successfully utilize their acquired in depth working knowledge of the Contract management function and managing client relationships, gained within a global outsourcing organization.
• Ensures that a procurement planning system is in place at each mission covered by that Contracting Officer and provides specific guidance to Project Officers on considerations that should precede the development of procurement plans.

• The Contracting specialist should clear the procurement plans and implementation plans of authorization documents such as Project Papers, and Program Assistance Approval Documents, and, when possible, clears activities identification documents such as Project Identification Documents.

The Contract Specialist must have the proficiency to prepare and review contractual obligations and identify contractual risks and issues.

• Graduated from faculty of law or economy.

• Have at least 3 years work experience in the same field.

• Can use computer and should work with Word, Excel and Access programs.

• Can write and speak English very well.


• Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

• Ensures the motivation and morale of contractors and acts as conduit for management towards contractor’s relations.
• The Contracting specialist should clear the procurement plans and implementation plans of authorization documents such as Project Papers, and Program Assistance Approval Documents, and, when possible, clears activities identification documents such as Project Identification Documents.
