Job Summary:
The role of a messenger is to sort and manage customer business licenses uploaded by branches in File Up system or email and obtain government relevant entities confirmation on authenticity of the licenses.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing KYC update unit emails on customer business license and other related issues
Download and keep the record of all business licenses related to KYC Update Unite in the File Up or email.
Categorize licenses to be certified by government entities
Take the customer business license to the government relevant entities for authentication check
Deliver and send verified copy of customer business license to related KYC update unit and or branches ( Hard copy and scanned copy)
Job Requirement:
High School Diploma.
Knowledge of read and write local and English language
Having interpersonal abilities.
Being reliable and trustworthy.
Being able to work in all weather conditions.
Effective verbal and listening communications skills
Being polite
Being punctual.
Being able to work alone and with a team.
Afghanistan driver’s license for motorbike driving.
