Job Summary:
The Cook is directly responsible to the Deputy Admin/Finance Manager and further to Admin/Finance Manager, His/her duties and responsibilities encompass the following tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve food and alternate using standardized recipes in proper quantities according to the planned menu.
• Prepare schedule/menu on National and international choices
• Able to cook National and international recipes
• Keep kitchen utilities clean and function all the time
• Able to purchase kitchen utilities together with the procurement staff
• Have the information of the market (food availability, and locations)
• Ensures sufficient stock of beverages, sanitary and hygienic products
Job Requirement:
• At least three (3) years of working experience same or related fields with International NGOs companies, government offices or non-for-profit organizations.
• Must be familiar with International recipes
• Language skill, Speaking in Pashto, Dari and English/German, (English/German is in the first priority)
• Familiar with all required stuff for Kitchen and food (location where can be purchased)
• Able to cook for 25 people in a time
• Good organizational skills
• Good interpersonal behaviours
