Job Summary:

- To assist in the Consumer Segment Value Proposition formulation , test and implementation; project management support; and customer support for new and existing Services
- To support the product and promotions development portfolio lifecycle project management (including implementation and launch of consumer segment targeted communications, promotions and products)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Tasks:
- Assists in the development/production of objectives/procedures when asked to participate to support continuous improvement
- Identifies and evaluates potential new products that maintain a strategic fit between the organization’s goals/resources.
- Coordinates all stages of product implementation among other departments.
- Monitors and reports on consumer and industry trends.
- Monitors product introductory performance and recommends appropriate refinements regarding formulation and quality.
- Assist in implementing VAS for consumer segment
- Extract the reports from BI Portal and carry out data analysis of weekly performance report, Info service report, vendors report
- Extract data from BI portal and prepare monthly invoices for the content vendors
- Carry out UAT (User Acceptance Test) for existing VAS and do the refinements
- Prepare Bulk SMS/timeline for VAS BTL promotions
- Assist in managing contracts with all vendors (renewal, new contract or canceling)
