• The incumbent is responsible for Reporting to manager and assist in day to day affairs that includes sales management, meeting the sales targets, develop relations with distributors and forecast future demand of products. Report to Manager on customers’ behaviors, market trends and expectations.
• Handling Corporate Customers in terms of Activation Process (verifying Documents, making contracts, Activation)
• Preparing and sending daily report to the management (Stock report, Sales Report, Finance Report, Reconciliation Report, Rejection Report, and Walk in Customer Report).
• Handling Corporate Customer complaints.
• Interface internally with the other departments for solving the corporate customer problems.
• Interface externally with the corporate customer in terms of customer service issue.
• Responsible for reserving and distributing numbers for the corporate Sales Team.
• Interface with the corporate sales agent with a specified SLA for covering their requirements.
• Control the whole stock of the corporate section.
• Responsible for handing the indirect sales in the business corner.
• Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, prepare contracts and record others
• Assess customer’s needs and explain and demonstrate products to them which may involve providing technical description /as well as describing purposes for which they may be used.
• Archiving and Filing corporate contracts as per daily sales activities after reconciliation with system report.
Min Bachelor Degree, 2 - 5 yrs of work experience.
BASIC: Should be able to handle most of the routine tasks with occasional guidance; required to support non-routine or complex tasks.
INTERMEDIATE : Should be able to handle routine tasks without guidance and non-routine tasks with occasional guidance
ADVANCED: Should be able to handle routine and non-routine tasks with very little supervision; demonstrates the ability to understand and apply standards, procedures and guidelines. Expected to act with reasonable independence and required to supervise and guide others.
SPECIALIST: Required to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the relevant concepts/principles and the ability to interpret, analyse and propose enhancements to the standards, instructions and guidelines to a wide variety of situations; required to act using own judgement and with little direct guidance; should be able to train and lead others in most of the specified procedures.
EXPERT: Should be able to demonstrate outstanding capability to devise and apply solutions to strategic issues; expected to be a role model to others and to set standards of excellence to inspire others to pursue overreaching goals. Expert- Recognized as an expert in subject matter and contributes significantly to the strategic plans/programs. Capable of guiding others to achieve routine and complex tasks and providing comprehensive solutions to business/operational issues.
