• The incumbent is responsible for Reporting to manager and assist in day to day affairs that includes sales management, meeting the sales targets, develop relations with distributors and forecast future demand of products. Report to Manager on customers’ behaviors, market trends and expectations.
• Responsible for managing and visiting regularly a list Accounts.
• Achieving the sales objectives set by the direct manager.
• Developing Sales within the market business segment
• Promote new solutions and new products to the related customers.
• Prospect the whole potential segment assigned study the area, for which they have responsibility, arrange a program of visits by contacting people and making appointments.
• Developing trustworthy relationship with customers
• Give feedback on field expectations and share with the corporate sales team.
• Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, prepare contracts and record others
• Assess customer’s needs, explain and demonstrate products to them which may involve providing technical description /as well as describing purposes for which they may be used.
• Carry out formal presentations of products using sales tools provided
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth flow of information and communication.
• Keep up to date records and files with proper documentations.
• Identify product practicality and technical implications.
Preferably Bachelor Degree, Mandatory, Preferred, Min 1 to 2 years of work experience.

INTERMEDIATE : Should be able to handle routine tasks without guidance and non-routine tasks with occasional guidance

SPECIALIST: Required to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the relevant concepts/principles and the ability to interpret, analyse and propose enhancements to the standards, instructions and guidelines to a wide variety of situations; required to act using own judgement and with little direct guidance; should be able to train and lead others in most of the specified procedures.
EXPERT: Should be able to demonstrate outstanding capability to devise and apply solutions to strategic issues; expected to be a role model to others and to set standards of excellence to inspire others to pursue
overreaching goals.
